Beso Bistro is located in the former Hamilton Air Force Base. The menu offers Coastal Californian cuisine infused with flavors inspired by the Mediterranean, Asia, Latin America, and the American South. The menu is seafood-driven with fresh fish and shellfish delivered daily. Also featured: pasture-raised certified Angus beef, free-range chicken, and locally sourced organic produce whenever possible. “Each meal is handmade to order and served with a generous helping of love.”
