Due to its success, we are doing this 30-45 minute Volunteer Training on Companionship Calls again this month. This training will cover such topics as:

• Best practices
• Topics to ask members to get them to start talking
• Topics to avoid
• Your questions and ideas

This session will last 30-45 minutes and is great for new volunteers and a wonderful refresher for long term volunteers that want to sign up to make these calls or volunteers that have been making these calls.
