This 30 minute Volunteer Training will be on Companionship Calls and will cover such topics as:

• Best practices
• Topics to ask members to get them to start talking
• Topics to avoid
• Your questions and ideas

This session will last 30 minutes and is great for new volunteers and a wonderful refresher for long term volunteers that want to sign up to make these calls or volunteers that have been making these calls.

We will be offering different training topics each month, so stay tuned.
